ARVCC QMS System

Please click on the relevant link below to download any required policy documant in PDF format.

The document can be printed but is then considered UNCONTROLLED. This means thet the next time the document is to be used, it must be checked against QMS to ensure it is the current version.
If an amendment is required this should be discussed with the identified process owner who is the only authorised Commitee Member to make an amendment, a significant variation or rewrite a new process if required.

While this may seem tedious, it ensures that current workable procedures are documented and followed by all. . This ensures consistent operation of the club  and that all legslatie requirements are fulfilled. It is important that every Committee Member understands the requirements to act within the Club Constitution and Club procedures. We are a registered not-for-profit organisation under Fair Trading NSW. We must abilde by all requirements.

Do not Guess. Check the QMS!
